The style of Yoga taught by Meghan is called ‘Purna Yoga’ – it is a holistic approach, incorporating Asana (Yoga postures) Pranayama (Breath control) and Philosophy. Classes are quite slow paced to encourage correct alignment, safety and mindfulness.
Sometimes the hardest part about Yoga is actually getting to class. Particularly when you live in a rural area. This is why I’ve decided to begin teaching Yoga classes online – so that I can connect with friends all over the state and maybe even the world. No matter who you are, what level of experience you have, or where you are – All you’ll need is an open mind and an internet connection to practice Yoga along with me!
